We often see clients who are performing well and suddenly get injured.  They’ve worked with their physio and are ready for more, now what?  Many clients are in that limbo of finishing rehab but not ready for squats, lunges, push ups and circuits.  We ideally are able to offer effective post re-habilitation options to help our client progress to where they were pre-injury.  It can be a long process but one that has huge benefits.  Understand when clients are ready for loaded exercises, learn how to assess for common movement deficiencies, and walk away with a number of corrective, rebuilding exercises that will help them progress safely, quickly and effectively.
