In an effort to increase the understanding of what a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist™ (CSEP-CEP) can provide in a clinical setting, CSEP has created a series of tools to improve communication between the CSEP-CEP and health care professionals and/or stakeholders.  CSEP has also created clinic templates to provide guidance to the CSEP-CEP on documentation processes in a clinical setting.  This workshop will highlight this professional referral kit and provide the CSEP-CEP with examples of how to incorporate these into practice.
