Incorporates all Emergency First Aid content as well as spinal injuries, burns, heat stroke, hypothermia, broken bones, sprains, dislocations, impaled objects, and other life threatening medical emergencies. Designed for those who require a more in-depth understanding of first aid and CPR.

Pre-requisite

Your Standard First Aid course must have been completed with the Lifesaving Society (no other provider is accepted) and be within 36 months (3 years) of the full course. We require proof of certification and instructors will request a copy of your certificate to ensure eligibility.
If it has been more then three years, or you did recertification for your last course, you are required to do the full course this time. The recertification requirements are WSIB approved.
